Jullien's 1801 pamphlet was quickly translated into Italian to coincide with the Consulte de Lyon, which merged the sister-republics of Northern Italy into the Italian Republic, with Napoleon as its president.

2 vols, the first is the translation of the Appel, the second contains the translator's observations and notes. According to Vittorio Criscuolo, the translator is probably a democrat from the territory of the Venetian Republic. Note: the Google Books copy linked above reproduces the translation only and none of the paratextual material.
