Notes

This work rejected the thesis of Hélvetius, author highly praised by the publisher Tipografia Milanese, who had reprinted his philosophical essay in 1801. Nonetheless, the publisher considered this work a contribution to the public debate in which citizens are enriched by the variety of opinions.
