Notes

Translator identified in 1796 reissue (De l'imprimerie de la rue neuve de Berry) as "le cen. Beaupoil". Probably published privately. There is also a possibility that the translation was done by his relative, Jean-Yrieix de Beaupoil, marquis de Saint-Aulaire, also in the database.
