The established reputation which this celebrated work has obtained among the literary world, renders all comment unnecessary, suffice it therefore to say that it is one of the greatest productions, that has ever been written on the rights and liberty of man; politically and theologically considered. The publishers of this translation wishing to convey to all description of persons the clearest ideas of man's natural rights, which this work is so eminently calculated to produce; has induced them to publish it (for the better accommodation of those who wish to become purchasers in nine numbers at six pence each; and also in twenty seven numbers at two pence each'.
