Notes
New edition by Eaton of George Houston's translation. Houston reworked his translation, addeding several footnotes and quotations. Eaton was prosecuted for the publication but escaped conviction by revealing the translator's identity. Houston was sentenced to two years and later emigrated the the US, where he republished Ecce Homo.
