Editorial Handbook

Interested users might want to know more about the rationale and methods used in selecting the corpus and producing this new database of radical translations. This Editorial Handbook makes available the final versions of the Criteria for Inclusion, Structure and Form of Entries, Authority Lists and Standard Practices that we have arrived at as a Project Team, with advice from the King’s Digital Lab. The document has grown organically as the construction of the database progressed, throwing up new puzzles that we’ve had to solve. Thus, it will also give an insight into some of the practical difficulties and challenges behind this process.
