Notes

The order and number of the articles are rearranged. Ranza intervened in art. 4 adding some limitations to the freedom of speech whenever it causes social troubles. In Art. 32 only its second part is translated ; art. 24 and 25 are blended in one and art. 30 is altogether omitted. Thus Ranza's translation consists of only 31 articles instead of the 33 in the original.
