Antoine-François Tiesset
Contributions
- Report made on the part of the Committee of Public Safety to the national Convention on 1 August 1793 translation translator
Notes
Citoyen Tiesset or Tiesset fils, about whom very little is known, is named as the translator on several speeches made by Barére and Robespierre to the Committee for Public Safety and subsequently published for widespread distribution. Originally a "négotiant" from Boulogne, and president of the local Académie, he also appears to have done some work for the Comité d'Instruction publique.
