Joint publication of the White hotel grouping and SCI address to the National Convention. A receipt for 60 livres in the National Archives (Kew) TS 11/959 p.349, reveals Griffet de Labaume to be the translator for both addresses. The SCI address was introduced by Joel Barlow and read out by the Convention secretary. Barlow then made another short speech promising 1000 pairs of boots for Dumouriez's army with another 5000 on their way. Both speeches were given the honours of the "seance".
