Appeared in Vol.I, Issue No.VII (1 April 1788). Listed as "An account of Mr. Neckar's new work, 'De l'importance des opinions etc.', which is followed by note". Wollstonecraft had published a translation of Necker's pamphlet for Joseph Johnson the same year so it is likely this review and extracts were taken from that.
