In a footnote to the Letter of Turgot added to his Observations on the importance of the American Revolution, Price cites a fragment from his own Additional observations on the nature and value of civil liberty, and the war with America. Mirabeau added the Observations and the Letter to his Considérations sur l'ordre de Cincinnatus. The translated fragment of Price's Additional observations is in fn. 1, p. 185-186.
